Clients are also responsible for proofreading and adhering to any and all advertising standards in their given region.

4. Payment and Fees

The pricing for our services will be outlined in the project proposal. Payments can be made according to the agreed-upon schedule, which may include upfront fees, monthly retainers, or other arrangements. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, ads and other materials created by Top Dog Marketing for the client remain the intellectual property of Top Dog Marketing. After termination of contracts, Top Dog reserves the right to remove, reclaim and/or delete these assets from any client accounts.

6. Confidentiality

Top Dog Marketing and the client agree to keep all information and materials exchanged during the course of the project confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, and proprietary information.

7. Termination of Services
​
Either party may terminate the services provided by Top Dog Marketing by providing written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees and payments must be settled as per the terms outlined in the contract. The notice period to cancel an ongoing membership with Top Dog is 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability
​
Top Dog Marketing will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any damages, including indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, arising from the use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Top Dog Marketing and the client will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Great Britain.
